Guest Access:

You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. There is an electronic keypad on the front door that will provide access to the home. We will send you the code prior to arrival. Guests have private access to the entire home and property.



The Neighborhood:

The Breakaway is located in a residential neighborhood in western Marco Island. It is quiet family neighborhood close to many of Marco Island's best beaches, restaurants and attractions!



Getting Around:

We are close to the beach, many popular attractions and several wonderful restaurants. However, most guests prefer to have a car during their stay. We recommend flying into Southwest Florida International Airport (41.2 miles / 66.3 kilometers) or Punta Gorda Airport (Florida) (69.8 miles / 112.3 kilometers), if possible.



Other Things to Note:

For your safety, there are two exterior cameras at the home.

Security cameras are installed throughout the property for safety and monitoring purposes. Please note that some cameras may also record audio. By staying on the premises, you acknowledge and consent to both video and audio recording in these areas.
