This lovely home with 70m2 is close to stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. It is located on the 3rd floor and has lift access.

The living room has a comfortable, relaxing sofa, a wide-screen TV for all your favourite shows, and a dining table. The space is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and more. A washing machine is also available for your laundry needs.

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. Complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure a restful stay.

The bathroom is stocked with all the necessary amenities for a refreshing experience, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Leça da Palmeira is a charming coastal town just north of Porto, known for its scenic beaches, rich architectural heritage, and relaxed seaside atmosphere. The area is home to Praia de Leça, a wide sandy beach popular for sunbathing, surfing, and long oceanfront walks. One of its standout features is the Piscina das Marés, a stunning saltwater pool designed by renowned architect Álvaro Siza Vieira, beautifully integrated into the natural rocky coastline.

Beyond the beach, Leça da Palmeira offers a mix of culture and leisure. The town features a picturesque promenade, stylish cafés, and seafood restaurants with views of the Atlantic. Visitors can explore the Farol da Boa Nova lighthouse and the nearby Boa Nova Tea House, another architectural gem. With its blend of natural beauty and cultural landmarks, Leça is a perfect spot for a coastal escape just a short drive from the city.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Marginal de Leça, is just a 4-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 10-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
