I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The Jr Queen suite was perfect for my family of 4. Daisy the spa treatment coordinator was wonderful. The Hotel staff was always very pleasant as well. Breakfast was your typical Colombian breakfast. Most importantly the hotel is located in a safe area right next to the mall which is walkable

Fue mi segunda estadía en la semana, y esta vez todo el personal fue MUY especial incluido todo el personal de la recepción. El fin de semana me quedé con la familia, para participar en la Maratón de Medellin, la atención de parte del hotel para todos los corredores fue increíble. Ayudaron con transporte, desayuno montado a las 4:00 a.m., y cuando regresábamos nos dejaban desayunar nuevamente. Para finalizar a mi hija se le quedó su muñeco favorito, y me ayudaron a encontrarlo y enviarlo a Bogotá. En resumen, pasamos felices y nos sentimos MUY bien atendidos. Gracias a todo el equipo Estelar Milla de Oro.
