Rooms are fine. Feels like a university dorm. Basic furniture. Needs much better maintenance. Gardens are terribly maintained. The photos do not tell the truth. The green walls are dead which takes away from their own eco mission. Neighbourhood is safe. For a decent price, the place is a good option.

The room was clean and the housekeeping staff were friendly. I appreciated the hotel’s commitment to sustainability, especially as someone who recently completed an MBA thesis on sustainable hospitality. However, several issues affected the experience: the room key card repeatedly malfunctioned despite multiple reports, the electrical sockets were inconveniently placed under the nightstand, and there were no washcloths provided. The rooms aren’t soundproof and the hotel is near a busy highway, so noise was a problem. Breakfast was fine at first but became repetitive after a few days. Great concept with eco-conscious values, but some operational improvements are needed.

The hotel is beautiful but the service was a bit lacking. Our room was often not cleaned and one time they left us without any towels. The safe never worked so that left us a bit uneasy with our belongings.

La ubicación es excelente, cerca a Unicentro y parques del río. Muy bueno si uno va de trabajo al centro. La arquitecta verde del hotel se ajusta muy bien al barrio donde está ubicado pues es un barrio muy arborizado.

Had the worst customer service experience, the hotel needs to give more training to the front desk. Over charging for a mattress to cover a dirty, wood hard sofa bed, same price as a one room price (night). Plus I had 2 rooms 4 adults and they offered breakfast with the reservation and they wanted me to pay for it as extra. Didn’t wanted to try the food at the end. Worst experience ever.

I visited Medellín a few weeks ago with my teenage son and stayed at this hotel for 5 days. Pros: - Loved that this hotel's hot water came from solar water heater. - This is an energy efficient hotel. Pathways were lit when we walked to or from our room. The elevator also conserved electricity. - I felt safe in the area surrounding the hotel. - The room temperature was sufficiently cooled and cleaned daily. - Close to supermarkets (Exito and Boom), cafes. - Close to Pueblito Paisa. - Budget friendly price. - Hospitable hotel staff. - 9 minute drive to Exposiciones Metro station. Cons: - If you are a light sleeper, don't book floors 1 - 4. You would be disturbed by the loud conversations from the cafe/restaurant on the ground floor. - This hotel is directly under the flight path of the Olaya Herrera airport. - The minibar fridge was noisy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book this hotel again.
