I had an absolutely amazing stay at The Click Clack Hotel Medellín. The décor is breathtaking, modern, artistic, and thoughtfully designed down to every detail. The service was truly out of this world. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and made the experience feel special. The location is also perfect, close to everything, yet still feels like a stylish escape. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Medellín.

The breakfast was great , service was great . Hotel is on a prime location in Provenza area , walkable to all restaurants. We had a bit of issue on our AC in the room but we managed it . Beautiful hotel

Upon check in the staff did not go through the different amenities the hotel has to offer or describe the different restaurants and things to do at the hotel. We were hoping for more authentic Colombian dining experience for breakfast and from the restaurants. The shower is really odd as you have to climb over small wall to get in through a window type thing. Communication through WhatsApp is convenient, the drinks at the bars are phenomenal, the gym was small but utilized the space well.
