My brief stay at Hilton Garden Inn in Medford OR was quite pleasant. From check in to check out. The staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable. Overall excellent. I would recommend staying there.

Loved the shuttle service. They not only took us to the airport but also to the hospital to visit my sister daily. Didn’t like the AC because the fan was always on and couldn’t be shut off.

I don’t know how to rate this, hotel was fantastic but very early around 4 am the hotel fire alarm went on and we needed to leave room quickly. Lot of tired guests. Not their fault, faulty alarm. Needless to say we were up and couldn’t go back to sleep. They offered compensation for inconvenience which was unexpected. Not sure how that works when using 3rd party booking app. ?

The staff, Ed and Josh, were very friendly and extremely helpful. We didn’t use the bar, but the room was very nice and comfortable. They arranged transportation to the airport for us at 3 o’clock in the morning and gave us a Free and safe place to leave our car.

We had a problem with no sound from the tv and the person came right up and fixed it. We also mentioned the air conditioning unit was making a slight noise and the manager said we could change room, we because it wasn’t that annoying.

I have stayed here many times and the rooms are consistently clean and comfortable. The staff friendly and accommodating and the hotel itself is also clean and well maintained. Beds are comfortable.
