The room need updated maintenance & modernization. Double bed rooms should have queen size beds. Bathroom could use more space especially near toilet, door doesn’t have much space to open & close.

The staff were friendly and professional. I wish I could remember the woman at the front desk when we checked in. She was welcoming and helpful with dinner recommendations. She even call our room to check and make sure everything met our expectations. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Ramona went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was very clean and spacious. The location convenient. We were able to walk to a delicious Mexican restaurant, Tacuba.

Room was great for the price, staff was beyond friendly and kind, breakfast was good. Pool room was very cold but pool was warm enough that kids didn’t mind. Would book again without hesitation.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. We were within about an 8 min walking distance of the Chavalier Theatre which was great. The downside was the very noisy street right outside the room especially with sirens and trucks so if your looking for a quiet room ask for one. Also they advertise having a bar but the only wine they had was one single glass of Prosecco, no white and no red wine at all. Overall a good place but could use some updating.

Overall, things were fine. The closet door in our room was broken and couldn’t move. The heat wasn’t on in the gym and it was 55°. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Not even any real bacon and potatoes were undercooked. Gym equipment was fine. Staff were friendly. Room was quiet. Elevators were fast.
