I stayed in Pullman zamzam Madina in April 2025. It was a very good hotel, very convenient to go to mosque Nabvi for pray. Our room was very comfortable, spacious with all required facilities. We loved everything, a very good customer service. I highly recommend.

Room carpet appeared to be clean but old and I’m sure holding a lot germs inside. Inside city view 4 twin bed rooms the beds were decent. Bathroom Toilet seats were old, standing shower decent and clean. Hotel staff very friendly and polite! Breakfast service A plus. Hotel is convenient. But. Overpriced!
