This charming townhome is situated an easy 1 hour and 30-minute drive from Orlando's International Airport and theme parks, and 45 minutes from Cape Canaveral. Our beachfront home is located less than 1 mile from the beautiful Spressard Holland Golf Course and is close to restaurants, entertainment and tree covered parks that can be found within walking distance or a short bike ride.

This completely renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse is located directly on the ocean with 2 balconies and a ground level patio to soak up both sunrises and sunsets. The stretch of white sand beach is completely private with access only to owners and guests. In May through October, sea turtles can be found nesting along the pristine beach - certainly an experience not to be forgotten.

This home offers 2 large, newly renovated, king-sized master suites with breathtaking ocean views. A third bedroom includes 2 twin beds and an adjacent bathroom, perfect for young family members. The kitchen has been outfitted with all the essentials to enjoy a cozy meal at home either inside or outside on the patio. The home is also equipped with a washer and dryer, cable TV and WiFi for your convenience.
