Great stay

Fantastic room and service. Only negative was noisy neighbours a couple of nights at 4am but that rests more on the residents rather than the hotel. Loved my stay and would reccomend again

Had one of the best stays ever. Clean, new, and well maintained Wonderful staff. 2 short blocks to the free tram. 4 blocks to a large grocery store (Woolworth). Book it! You'll thank me later.

We were met at reception by the most customer service oriented person we have ever encountered, ever! His name was Shail ( I hope I speed his name correctly) He explained what to expect in great detail. He directed us to the indoor parking of the hotel. He explained the amenities of the hotel. He told us of the area, shops, restaurants, how to use the bus/tram. Every organization should have a Shail! Well done!
