Casa da Curveirinha immediately takes us back to the place where it is located - the 'inverneira da Curveira', part of the former Vila de Castro Laboreiro, where culture and traditions are still very much present in every corner.

The stones inside have stood the test of time as the guardians of memories and stories passed down from generation to generation, contrasting with the warmth of the fireplace that invites you to long afternoons of (traditional) games and conversations, telling childhood secrets where ‘in the past it was...’ leads you to imagine scenarios that some people don't know about.

The interior is marked by the smell of wood, characteristic of the furniture chosen to offer you comfort and cosiness! It has 2 suites, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, an office area, a reading room with a wood burning stove, a living room with a wood burning stove and a dining area and kitchen.

The kitchen reminds us of the times when it was the centre of family life and invites you to cook. It's fully equipped, from the most modern equipment to the wood-burning cooker, where we all know cooking has a different flavour!

From the inside out, let yourself be lulled into silence, interrupted only by the sounds of nature: birdsong, the rustling of trees, the sound of the stream that's just a few steps away.

Just like the interior, the exterior will make you remember the moments you spent here! The barbecue offers moments of conviviality that culminate in lunch or dinner at the outdoor table. Naps can be taken on the sun loungers that beckon you to lean back, but if you prefer the sound of the stream, fill up the picnic basket that you'll find inside the house and take it with you to the private leisure area that stretches down to the river and... let yourself stay!

If you're adventurous, follow the trail that takes you to the famous ‘Bico do Patelo’ and, at the end of the day, relax in the jacuzzi overlooking the mountains that embrace you and whisper ‘Be Happy!
