Very friendly & nice staff-loved Monica! Very helpful & pleasant. I lost ( & found it when I got home) a pink lock for a suitcase & the person on staff (manager?) offered to look for it & if found, said he'd mail it to me. Very sweet of him! Bed was very comfortable & room was clean & comfortable. Nice stay & visit for us! Thank you!

Needs cleaning

The lady at check in was very friendly and nice. The doorways are hard to get the carts thru. The room was dirty. There was hair in the tub, walls had gunk on them, and ceiling had spots. I spilt a little water in the floor between the beds. When I got a towel to clean up the water, the towel was very filthy after cleaning up.

Horrible stay

The bed was broken and the shower had no hot water. When I told the desk about it, they said they’d fix it, but what they actually did was go into my room while I was not there and didn’t know. They “fixed” the bed but didn’t fix the hot water. When I asked if they went into my room without my knowledge they said yes like it wasn’t a big deal. They also told me they could comp me 2 nights but then when I checked out told me there was nothing they could do.

I moved to 3 different rooms, first the toilet didn't flush, second the door did not open, and third the king bed mattress was deeply sunken in the middle. I stayed in that room because I was tired of moving.

There were so many issues, we decided to leave after 30 minutes. You could say it felt like home because nothing worked. TV remote held together with electrical tape, AC had limited power, and the plumbing was horrible. At least check in was easy
