Located just minutes from Orlando airport and Cruise terminals, your vacation begins as soon as you arrive. Inside, you'll find elegantly furnished bedrooms and spa-like bathrooms. We want your vacation to be filled with making great memories that will last a lifetime, that’s why our team goes above and beyond to ensure each guest has everything they need to make their stay enjoyable. Guests who stay at Cape Crossing will leave knowing they will be back time and time again.



Dolphins Waterfront Bar & Grill at Cape Crossing is open and is is the largest tiki bar and restaurant on Florida’s Space Coast. With a Florida fresh theme with a Polynesian twist it is the perfect place to relax and get a bite to eat!



Kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon rentals and boat slips are available, at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina, for exploring the rivers, canals, or many of its tributaries for a relaxing afternoon paddle. Or, entertain friends and family while cruising at a gentle pace along the river’s edge. Plan a day at the beach or explore the other attractions in our Merritt Island community.



Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking at unit plus a one-car garage. The beach, shops, restaurant, and bars are a short drive away. Right off the SR3 and SR528 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
