The location of this hotel made our trip to Iguazu Falls extra special. We could enjoy the view and the sounds of the falls 24 hours a day. It was easy to use the entrance from the hotel to the park any time the park was open. The breakfast was one of our favorite in the world. The hotel staff accommodated us when we had requests or questions. They even went out of their way to help, even when we had made a mistake with the dinner half-board options. We didn't give the room a perfect 5 stars because the glass door to the bathroom had an annoying clink sound every time we opened it. It wouln't deter me from coming back.The monkeys do make some noise, but it's also memorable. One morning a monkey was banging an object on the metal awning The staff were shooing the little guy. A fun part of the experience of staying inside the park.

The amazing breakfast buffet had natural honey, fresh juices, waffles that rivaled Belgium's, omlettes to order, and much more! This buffet was one of the best in the world. One morning they had live violin music that added to the experience.

With Iguazu Falls as your constant backdrop, beautiful and clean rooms and amenities, good meal choices and attentive staff, you cannot help but have an enjoyable time at this property. The common areas look out toward the falls and are spotlessly maintained. The infinity pool with the falls ahead is a great spot to wile away an afternoon and look for animals that live in the forest. We loved the easy access to the park and and the ample tasty breakfast to start the day. Last but not least, the staff was welcoming, attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to the falls.

We loved our stay! Beautiful hotel, so convenient to the trails and falls. The service and staff were amazing. We booked a family room for five. We didn’t realize it was just two connecting rooms with a roll-in bed (that was the only negative). And the rooms weren’t 5 star level. You pay for the view and convenience. It was worth it and the falls were beautiful!

Amazing ! We traveled as a family and all of our expectations were fulfilled: Customer service, food and the proximity to the park was totally the cherry 🍒 on top.

Camila, Andrea and the crew in the restaurant were great during the breakfast service. IRUPE at the reception was really nice and helpful too. Amazing hospitality. the restaurants and the bar were really nice. ======= however, I think the charging the guest for monkey entry is not really fair. I am sure I closed the door even double checked it, yet still got the monkey entry. I believe there's another way to keep the monkey out. also I think I was charged with something that was not in the refrigerator in the beginning.

Hotel localizacao excelente vista maravilhosa , quartos bons Nao foi avisado que era necessario comprar ticket do parque isso nos atrasou um pouco na chegada mas ok Check in recepcionista meio inconveniente Servicos de spa tem que ser pago na hora nao podendo ser marcado no quarto Para utilizar a piscina aquecida tem que marcar horario é cobrado usd 20 dolares por pessoa isso achei um absurdo um hotel desse cobrar para usar a piscina Servico atendimento ok Comida pelo nivel do hotel e preco cobrado deixa a desejar Tivemos problema na hora do checkout disseram que nao aceitava cartao elo (nao foi avisado em nenhum momento) caso nao tinhamos Outro cartao nao teria como pagar

到着して、まず品があるスタッフに出迎えられ、他のスタッフも礼儀正しく、とても素晴らしい時間を過ごせた。部屋からも滝が見え、イグアスの滝観光するなら、このホテル以外考えられないです。

Unforgettable

Really outstanding, the views of the waterfall are simply breathtaking. The service, the amenities and the fact of being right in the heart of the national park is a true privilege. Food and staff were amazing, and you can be the first visitor in the park right when it opens, with literally the trails just for you. Don’t miss it!
