• Grill Propane: Planning to fire up the grill? You’ll need to handle the propane refills, but don’t worry! There are plenty of nearby gas stations to help you out.

• House Rules: To keep things comfy for everyone, please avoid unregistered guests, pets, loud parties, indoor smoking, or illegal substances. Extra guests or pets? Just message us for details on any additional fees.

To help keep the A/C running smoothly, please remember to close doors behind you. If any issues arise, just let us know as soon as possible so we can address them quickly.

Climate & Bugs:

Miami’s tropical weather is amazing, but it brings warm temperatures and some lively wildlife. We treat the property regularly to keep it pest-free, and we’d appreciate your help by disposing of trash regularly.
