When we checked in, the floors and bathroom were not very clean. I also booked this place over another because the listing said it had a hot tub. We couldn't find it so I messaged the host asking where it was. They never responded. I asked the front desk and was told there was no hot tub. One of my children was very disappointed because it was the one thing they asked for in the placed we stayed. We had 5 people for 3 nights and there weren't enough towels. No paper towels or ways to clean the kitchen counter or table.Also, the key fob opens all of the garages and all of the garages have the same parking spots. We were assigned spot 623. We found it, parked in it for 3 days. On the last day, the vehicle had been towed because we had been parking in the wrong building. None of the buildings are labeled, all of them have the same numbered spots and the fobs open all buildings. Our parking pass was clearly displayed, but instead of calling us or knocking on the door, they towed the vehicle. On check out, when I was tidyng up the bedding, I noticed a brownish red old stain on the duvet of the bed my children slept it. Im disgusted. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The only positive was the pool and the playground across the street.
