Our private suite is located in a condominium hotel, all amenities are maintained by the hotel staff.



The Space:

City & Bay view Suite + balcony + full kitchen + Washer & Dryer ensuite.



Boats and jet skis are not included in the nightly rate; please inquire directly with the different motor sports rental companies in the area for availability and rates.



Guest Access:

Access to the Top Floor Gym ( hours are 6AM to 10PM)



Access to the 8th Floor Pool & Hot Tub & Racketball Courts



En suite washing machine & dryer



Please note the onsite bar and restaurant are closed for remodeling.



Parking for one vehicle is available for $10/night - please let us know if you will be parking a vehicle



The Neighborhood:

Convenient to the marina, park, Starbucks, restaurants, movie theaters, retail stores and only a few minutes away from the highway for an easy drive to downtown and all major highways!



Getting Around:

There is a train station about a mile away, it's best to get here by private/ rental car or taxi.

10 minutes by car to the University of Miami



15 Minutes by car from Brickell



There are 3 elevators, you can expect to wait for 2 -3 minutes during the morning rush hour for an available elevator.

Parking for two cars is available for $10/night - please let us know if you will be parking a vehicle



Kindly note that late check outs are usually not possible, and a check out past 11 AM will be charged a $75 to cover cleaners overtime fees.



Please remember that you are staying in a private studio, not a hotel unit despite that my private property is in a building shared… with a hotel.



You get the same access to the amenities & engineer help as hotel guests, but daily cleaning is not part of the rate. Please let us know if you would like to purchase additional cleaning services, like a change of linens or towels.



The kitchen and bathrooms are original but well taken care of.



The photos are of the actual unit, however we change furniture, accessories, art work and small appliances when needed. Some of these items may look different than in the pictures in the listing.

Please note that extra guests (up to the maximum allowable occupancy limits) added after the booking will incur a $10 + tax/ night/ extra guest fee.

Please note all amenities are managed and operated by the ARYA Hotel. This includes all the pool area, gym, laundry room, car valet service. The resort management may change the opening hours or close any or all amenities for any reason. The resort management may deny or remove guest access to amenities if their posted rules are not followed. Please inquire with Arya hotel representatives for any questions regarding access to resort amenities.



We do not accept third party reservations or reservation transfers to other guests. The booking guest must be the guest checking in and be present during the entire stay. We reserve the right to cancel non compliant reservations without a refund and vacate individuals from the premises that are not listed on the reservation.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests will receive the key cards from the front desk. Debora and I are quick to respond to any questions.
