The building has a spectacular gym and a swimming pool open 7am - 11pm with views of the city. It also has a jacuzzi, and a games and barbecue area, a co-working room and a gym.

Brand new 2 bed 2 bath, right next to Bayside Marketplace and close to all areas of interest!

The place was nice and clean but it lacked most anything you would need in the kitchen. No measuring cups, few utensils and limited pots and pans. It was hard to cook dinner for even one night. The host was helpful with a glitch in our access to the condo and overall the stay was good once we resolved that

The place was in a good location with parking onlt two blocks away for 15/day. Bayside Marketplace was conveniently across the street with many great eateries. Freeway access was close by and easy to get to.The apartment was nice. Fixtures looked great, enough dinnerware and cups/mugs for our small party of four. The balcony was too small to utilize and could use a cleaning, but overall, the place was nice.The host was wasy to work with and responsive. We locked our keys in the apartment one day, and she coordinated a fix for us that was greatly appreciated! Overall, a great place to stay.

Good communication with host. Unit in great location. Easy entry and exiting directions re key fob. Nice to have coffee shop on sight.We had to leave condo for the day because of the awful noise on this building outside our bedroom window. Should have known something when we saw ropes hanging from the building. Host said she was unaware of the situation. After traveling ten hours we wanted to just relax the day before our cruise…..no such luck.Living room couch has seen better days, and the place needs to be painted.

First time family trip

My family stayed at this property and it was absolutely stunning. The views from the balcony watching the cruise ships and boats come in were amazing. The building itself has all you need such as coffee shop, gym and pool overlooking Miami. We literally didn’t need our car much as it’s close to everything. Eva was responsive to all my questions prior and during the stay. It’s as nice as the pictures probably even more once you see the views. We Will definitely be back.

Superior Location

Superior location, close to many amenities and easy access to cruise port. Excellent views! Some paint needs a wipe down or touch up. looking a bit grimy in spots and the microwave didn't work but the space was good. At this price point I would expect a few more towels/accessories and convenience items. Small touches would go a long way to add comfort for guests.

Awesome Location

The location of this rental is great. It is in the center of the busy downtown area with plenty of great restaurants to eat near by. The rental has a great pool, workout area. The people in the lobby are very helpful. Would come back with my family.

Great location

Had a concert to go to at the Kaseya Center and this was the perfect location to be able to walk to the concert. Easy walk. Great restaurants nearby. The unit was clean and accommodating. The pool was also really nice but the hot tub was broken when I was there. The only downside is in the pictures where the view is looking right out the Port of Miami to the ocean is no longer a view. There is a new building being built and it now blocks that view so all we got to look at was construction.
