the apartment is an historical Art deco building on Ocean Drive
it is renovated with white Calacatta marble . There is a whirpool tub in the main bathroom and a walk in shower in the second bathroom. you have a huge Smart Tv in the master bedroomand two other tv and oven ,big refrigerator conventional microwave and induction cooktop in the kitchen
Above all you can walk everywhere
the famous Miami Beach beach is across the street
Across the street you can rent a bike from city bike
Across the street there is the sideboard that goes to South Point or to the Delano Hotel
Across the street there is a free open gym and there are volleyball courts and you can rent a Citibike
Nikki Beach is few block away
and the neighborhood is plenty of restaurant and bars

The house had a few small issues as any property will, however Olga, was SPOT on in resolving them quickly. The Apt, is safe, well done & in a great location. The kitchen needs to be reviewed to insure it has enough silverware, cups, (wine, champaign flutes, drinking and plastic) pans, plates and bowls for 5 people. I would stay again. I recommend Olga and the properties she manages.

Olga was a super responsive host! However, there were alot of maintenance issues. The sink in the main bathroom entrance clogged the first day there. The rain was causing a minor leak in front entrance. The area itself would have cops over a lot but that’s Miami south beach. Overall the place was spacious and accommodating!

Great location, otherwise just okay

There were no reviews when I booked the unit, so I took a leap of faith when booking it. The unit ended up being okay and I’m mixed on whether I would stay there again. The pros: amazing location, bright and clean, spacious, extremely quiet at night, and AC worked well. The cons: it did not feel like the owner actually spent any time there to make sure it’s suitable for guests, or cared about my stay. For example, the sliding door to the second bedroom was completely broken and could not close. The three clocks in the kitchen displayed all different and incorrect times. There were no beach towels despite being a beachfront rental. For bathroom amenities, there was one tiny bar of body soap, a random small travel tube of conditioner, and no shampoo or hand soap. Only one toilet paper roll without a toilet paper roll stand/holder in either bathroom. We also never received check out instructions, and only received check in instructions after I asked on the day of the rental. At the time of booking, I had asked about early check in because my friend and I flew in from across the country, and the owner said it depends on whether someone is staying there before us. I never heard back about it until I reached out again the day before our stay. All in all the unit was okay and fairly priced, but the overall experience left a bit to be desired.
