We recently stayed at this property for a last-minute trip with our family group of seven, and it served as a solid home base for our stay. The absolute standout was the quick and easy approval. Booking last-minute can be stressful, but the acceptance was nearly instant, making our planning much smoother. Upon arrival, the interior was spotless. It’s clear the cleaning crew does a thorough job maintaining the indoor living spaces. For our large group, the jacuzzi was a hit for our small kids and worked perfectly. Most of the other amenities were in good working order as well. The backyard is a highlight—the lighting is well-done, creating a very nice ambiance for evening hangouts. The location is incredibly convenient, offering quick access to downtown. While the immediate local neighborhood isn't the most scenic or high-end, being so close to the city’s main attractions was a major plus for our itinerary. While we enjoyed our stay, there are a few spots that could use some TLC. The wooden deck seats are definitely in need of an upgrade or some repair work to make them more comfortable and sturdy. While most of the house was comfortable, the bed in the middle room was quite uncomfortable. But overall this rental met our immediate last minute need and the host was very engaged and helpful.
