False advertising. Purposely picked the hotel because it said it had a hot tub. When we checked in, apparently the hot tub has been out of use for a week (we literally booked it a couple of hours before - with the website saying it had a hot tub). The manager would not issue a refund, he would not even speak to us.

Staff was ok, room was old , dirty and dark There were 2 elevators, one doors were broken! The shower had no water pressure The key of the room would never work at the first time, we had to go to the front desk to ask for it to be reactive EVERY time … they told me that it was because it was next to my iPhone in my purse , what ?? It didn't matter that my son’s key which was not inside of a purse and it wasn’t working ! The breakfast area was old, cramped and dirty ! Way too small for that many people … overall it was pretty bad
