PLEASE READ: Important Guest Information Below

RESORT ALERT:
• The firepit will be undergoing refurbishment, expected to reopen May 31, 2026.

• The resort will be undergoing an enhancement project from Aug. 30 through June 1, 2026. to build a walkway and enhance outdoor amenities. During this time, the resort mini golf area and games lawn will not be available for use. Please anticipate contractors and some limited construction noise during your upcoming stay.

• The resort will undergo a roof replacement project starting approximately Nov. 3, 2025 through May 31, 2026. There will likely be intermittent noise in and around the property during project hours.

Guest Requirement
• The guest checking in must be 21+ years old and present a valid credit card for a refundable damage deposit due at check-in (amount may vary, please contact the resort directly for more information). This is issued by the resort.

• To check-in to the resort, we are required to add the primary guest who will be checking in to the reservation. Please be ready to provide first and last name, email, phone number, and mailing address after the reservation is accepted by the Host. The resort will confirm identity and age with the guest’s ID at check-in.

What your VRBO Reservation Covers
• Your VRBO reservation covers lodging only and the resort amenities listed in this VRBO listing.

• Any additional mandatory fees charged by the resort (for example: parking fees, resort fees, local taxes) are not charged through VRBO and must be paid directly to the resort at check-in or check-out.

• These fees are set by the resort, are required, and may change at any time without the Host’s knowledge or control.

Responsibility for Any Additional Resort Fees
• The Host is not responsible for any additional fees or charges issued by the resort.

• The Guest is fully responsible for all amounts charged by the resort, including but not limited to required resort fees, parking, local taxes, incidental deposits, services used, and purchases made on-site.

• The Guest will not be reimbursed or compensated by the Host for any fees, deposits, or charges assessed by the resort.

• Your VRBO booking is strictly for lodging with included amenities as described in this listing.

• You may be asked to watch a timeshare presentation, however you are under NO obligation to do so and we recommend politely declining. Presentations can last for hours and we (Rentshare) want you to have a relaxing stay!

• You have access to all resort amenities for the duration of your stay, including on your arrival and departure day.

• We will always place you in the best villa available, however we cannot guarantee a specific location in the resort.
