Very clean, completely private, cozy guest suite (duplex/efficiency style) in quite neighborhood.
The space
Space is in a quiet family neighborhood very close to the Hard Rock Stadium. We are very close to express ways that take you right to South Beach, Wynwood, Downtown, Midtown Miami or even Fort Lauderdale.
Other things to note
No more then 3 individuals allowed on premises at any given time. Absolutely NO SMOKING 🚭 or you will be charged $350 fee. If house rules is violated or any damage to property then there will be a minimum of $250 fee charge plus cost of repairs..
