A 5-star luxurious W Hotel Condo 2BR With a very spacious with balcony on the 42nd floor. This gorgeous unit is located at Icon Tower 3 which is the same building of the W Hotel Brickell Miami.
Situated in the heart of Brickell you will be surrounded by great bars and restaurants.

The Icon Spa ( certain areas are closed due to COVID-19): a staggering 28,000 square-feet, complete with a juice bar, treatment rooms for exotic massages, and a 5,000 square foot aqua-therapy lounge, His and Hers Eucalyptus steam rooms, saunas and relaxation areas. Guest passes to the Spa are included complimentary with your rental! Our guests can use the access cards, unlimited for the duration of their stay.; also the gym is free of charge
2. Our Deluxe Swimming Pool (the biggest one in town), completed renovated with 14 Millions Dollars of investment, was re-opened in December 29,2018.

Staying here puts you in the heart of Brickell, a leisure stroll through the city will lead you to many bars and restaurants as well as plenty of stores to shop and co-working spaces. You are also less than 15 minutes away from Miami’s famous hot spots in South Beach, Wynwood, Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove and Coral Gables.

Brickell is famously known as Miami’s Financial District, but it has slowly risen as Miami’s hottest residential community.

Moving Around the city could not be any easier. You have easy access to plenty of public transportation, you have the bus stop and a trolley spot adjacent to the Iconbrickell Residences. Also, a free metro-mover just 1 block away.

Wholefoods, CVS, Walgreens, and 711 are just a few blocks away.

Guests must submit a picture of a valid ID (License, Passport, Gov't Issued ID) in order to be able to check in. Please note this is a required step in the registration process. Guests who do not submit IDs would not be able to check in.
We will personally meet you in the lobby for check in. Please inform us of your ETA ahead of time so we can coordinate to meet you at that time.

Our regular check in time is between 3:00pm-10:00pm

*In case a check-in after 10:00 PM needs to be arranged, a $50 fee in-cash will apply.

Guests must be checked out by 11:00am.

If a late check out is needed please request it with anticipation. If the guest does not complete the check out by 11:30am a $100 fee will apply. If the guest is not checked out by 1:00pm a full nightly rate will be charged.
As we have multiple check ins/outs in the same day we appreciate your understanding.

Our hotel offers paid valet parking only. This is a separate service provided by the building.

Please note no re-entry service provided, charges apply each time you take out your car.
Alternatively we have a parking pass for garage in 777 Brickell Ave. it is a separate charge of $35/day you can park as many times as you’d like. Please confirm availability .
The unit is strictly non-smoking. If it's proven the guest smoked in the unit a $200 fee will apply.
There are two metered parkings nearby:
At 701 Brickell (2 blocks away) overnight parking rate is a flat fee of $15 (Monday-Sunday, from 6 pm to 7 am) May vary for events.

At check in you will be provided with the elevator key-fob. At check out you must leave it inside the unit in the kitchen counter.
Lost key-fob = $120 fee.

*This building has a sensitive pipe structure, please do not flush any baby wipes, cleaning wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, tissues, flushable wipes or any kind of trash. If any non-flushable item clogs the toilet during your stay, all the plumbing expenses would be charged to the guest.

NO SMOKING, NO PARTY and NO PETS are allowed. It will be a charge of $300 for each in case of the violation.
