The TV set up was too complicated. Had to give my email for internet access and allow them to sell my data. The restaurant (Italian) really ripped us off. Bringing the kids lemonade refills at $12.50 a piece without telling us anything. Brought us a dozen oysters when we ordered half a dozen. Extra pasta dishes that we never ordered. 20% gratuity for terrible service. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Hotel was ok but a dog pissed in the elevator. Never again.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The hotel and room were both clean and felt very safe, which gave me peace of mind during my stay. The beds were comfortable, and I especially appreciated the pillows. They were supportive and retained their shape, unlike many hotels where pillows look plush but flatten quickly. Even the hand towels stood out for their softness, adding a touch of comfort. Overall, the property has a cozy, home-like feel that made my stay enjoyable and relaxing.
