Amazing stay

The best stay in Miami that I experienced but the valet $75 a day and the added fees will be added but make sure you take advantage of 9th floor pool, amazing bar and staff throughout.

Almost Perfect

Beautiful resort, great staff, center of everything location. I recommend the Gale. Just 2 downsides: no shuttle to cruise ships and the mixed drinks are terrible. The pre-prepared goop they served at pool side as a Pina Colada was especially dreadful (and expensive). Stick to booze in bottles.

I stood at hotel for 7 days n did not receive housekeeping I asked for housekeeping 3 days in a roll was told that they would be coming to do it next day never came I made multiple requests n did not receive housekeeping I rented a 2 bedroom apt for 7 days because I was traveling with 2 more adults n an infant multiple times at different days I requested housekeeping n was told someone will be there tomorrow over n over n never came so disappointed
