Room was clean, shower hot but if you’re hoping for the shuttle good luck.. we waited over 1.5 hours to get a shuttle for a 10 min ride. Every other hotel shuttle I saw multiple times but not that Hampton. We even called the resort twice and were told it had left!

Yes the hotel is at a very nice location near the airport as there are many amenities available nearby, the only con about this is the airport shuttle is every 60 minutes as other hotels have every few minutes nearby

The hotel was very clean as well as the rooms. The beds and pillows were very comfortable which is always at the top of my list. The staff, especially Sebastian and Ryan, the manager, were very helpful and accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you.

The early morning staff were very helpful with storing our luggage. I just didn't like the fact that it was 2:00 p.m. and check-in was at 3pm, but they still wanted to charge me a $30 early check-in fee. I understand that is company policy, but that's kind of ridiculous. We just went exploring and then came back later to check in. The room itself was fine, until we noticed ants all along the basrboards and in the bathroom. I called down to the desk at 7pm to report the situation. I asked if they could please switch my room, but they said they were sold out.. They said they were going to send maintenance up, but an hour and a half later still nobody had come up. I had to go downstairs to the desk and ask for somebody to come up to do something. I had a very early morning flight and needed to go to bed. The maintenance guy did come up within 5 minutes, but then my room smelled like bug spray all night. We took the 4:30 a.m. shuttle to the airport. The driver was very helpful and friendly. Everything would have been fine if they handled the ant situation in a better way.

Clean hotel, convenient location to airport and cruise port. Many restaurants nearby within walking distance. There’s a large, nice liquor store you can walk to to get your bottles of wine to take onto the cruise with you.

The staff was very nice especially after our terrible experience at the airport . Their staff member couldn’t tell us where to go to pick up the hotel shuttle. The breakfast was great & we enjoyed our stay.
