Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
We had an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable stay at this property. Our room was truly unacceptable from the moment we walked in. The sofa was visibly stained with what appeared to be dog urine, and there were what looked like blood stains on the lamp—completely unsanitary and disturbing. I’ve included photos for reference because this level of neglect is inexcusable.
To make matters worse, we were placed in a ground-floor room, and all night long, people were congregating in the parking lot directly outside our window, talking loudly well into the early morning hours. There seemed to be no management presence or enforcement of quiet hours.
I understand pet-friendly accommodations and late-night check-ins, but cleanliness and guest safety should never be compromised. This was not just disappointing—it was unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses both the cleanliness standards and the lack of overnight supervision on the property.
