Great experience at this hotel

I am very happy with my recent 3 night stay at the hotel. The place is very clean and I was given a quite room on the end. The staff was friendly and helped me with the bbq grill. The gym here is excellent with heavy weights. Unfortunately, there was one rude black gentleman employee who, when I was upstairs, the cafe doors were closing (it was only 11am). The housekeeping woman was standing there and I asked what time will the cafe re-open. He rudely said "it will open when housekeeping finishes." I did not like his attitude because I only asked for an approximate time I didn't know it would close at all. Since I speak Spanish I asked the housekeeping lady directly and she said she would be done in about 30 minutes and not to worry. Other than this experience I had a delightful stay at the hotel.

The highlight of the day was the spacious rooms and the breakfast was amazing. The service was not bad, but they were just not very attentive. Which in reality for the price that you’re paying is expected the only other thing I would say is that the water Behind the hotel that the view overlooks was extremely polluted, that might be a little beyond them, though. The views were beautiful, of the airport and of the river. The facilities were beautiful and in a great location.

The shuttle took close to one hour however that was due to traffic. The room did not come with any water. The hot water was not working properly and the AC gave trouble so I had to manually take it off overall though the place is clean and the breakfast is decent.

The location was perfect. The breakfast in the morning was good, with the great views. We were only there overnight so overall, it was a good day. My main issue was with the staff during check-in. They were not forthcoming regarding the shuttle to the cruise port and they did not communicate effectively with one another so I ended up losing money.
