The Hotel Croydon was great, staff was excellent. Everyone was very helpful. The only thing that came up was when our room was serviced, our key card would not work. This only happened a few times and staff was gracious enough to reactivate. Our trip was memorable and the comfort was great, only 2 minute walk to the beach and the weather was amazing. Thank you everyone at the Hotel Croyden that made our stay great..

Wheelchair Somewhat friendly

The wheelchair access is a little awkward since you have to go behind the restaurant hostess stand and around the pool, but everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel. The food at the restaurant Tavern was amazing. Loved our waitress Marie. She's a gem.

Good Choice in Mid-Beach

Having never been there before I had to make a choice out of the dozens of hotels on MB. I chose well! Croydon has spacious, comfortable and clean rooms for a reasonable price.The whole hotel has a nice feel to it and the beach is a half block away. A convenient and quality restaurant is attached (separate business). The rooftop deck is very nice. The staff is professional and helpful.

Overall i enjoyed my stay at hotel Croydon. It was good for the price and in a quiet location. You can definitely hear everything in the hallways when in the room but i can’t complain. If i stayed in Miami Beach i would choose hotel Croydon. The Tavern was pretty convenient and food was good.

This hotel exceed my expectations by far. From walking into the building our first time there, up until we left we were greeted by friendly and extremely helpful staff. Victor upon our arrival was nothing short of amazing. We flew in very early (5 hours) but figured see if our room was ready. It was not, but Victor and team made sure we could make the most of our time there. They held our bags until the room was ready and called us as soon as it was. The rooftop areas were beautiful as was the pool. The on demand beach towels were great as well! When we come back to Miami, we will see if there are any rooms here before checking elsewhere. Perfect location for people with kids. Not crazy crowded and everything within walking distances.
