Close to Beach But Disappointed Stay

We arrived late close to midnight tired and ready to go to bed. The checking process was a mess. The code for the room door didn’t work. I called they gave me incorrect codes. 45 mins later we are in using an alternative lock box that had a physical key. The keyless entry never worked during our entire stay!The unit was fairly clean. The comforter and blankets were not warm enough and alternatives were not provided. Next morning I woke up with water on the ground that came from unit next door. My personal belongings I left in the floor got wet. I was concerned what type of water that was (sewer). It was disgusting. The last night before checking out to catch a flight a 6am, we needed to be up by 3:30- went to sleep by 10:30 and at 11pm a fire alarm so loud that hurt our ears was triggered. We had to leave the premises until it got solved. We talked to other guess staying there and they said same thing happened two days prior. Management took about an hour to resolve it after fire department showed up. It was a mess!Worst stay I’ve ever been. Don’t be fooled by the closeness to the beach. Disappointed and when raised my concerns to management they offer no compensation to our troubles- only a late checkout of 12 pm (no good to us).

It's a total scam. The hotel didn't have no more rooms.

They won't refund your money for over booking. The night manager said said everything was find. But he wasn't even there. Don't go ever to this place. It's a scam a hotel that will take your money when they're no rooms available.

not exactly as described

Starting with check-in we walked around trying to find the lobby we had been told we could chek in and leave our luggage with the concierge, finally I asked one of the cleaning ladies where we could find it and was informed it was closed for that day... she was very helpful however and called to get a room for us right away. The room was nice and perfect size it was clean except for the shower. no issues during our stay and we enjoyed the roof top seating. Checkout was an issue for us with lack of communication with the property. overall you get what your paying for not sure id stay here again though.
