Extremely Misleading and Unsafe - Do Not Fall for the Location. The only good thing about this hotel is the location-but do not fall for it. Everything else was a complete disaster. The photos on Expedia are totally misleading. They show a restaurant that does not exist because it's completely abandoned. The pool is closed with no water, and the lobby furniture is filthy and looks like it hasn't been changed in decades. The room conditions were unacceptable: dirty walls, scratched furniture, and cigarette burns and holes on the bed. There was even a sign warning that electricity might be off from 12-8 and to call a number to reset the breakers, yet no staff is present during that time. The entire place smells awful and is absolutely not family-friendly. I refused to stay here and had to book another hotel last minute, costing me money I wasn't prepared to spend. I have also been requesting a refund for over a week with no approval. This was a complete waste of money. I strongly recommend staying away from this property.

Staff is unprofessional and uneducated. The place has many homeless people living there and around the area, very unsafe if you have an expensive car. The room was dirty, the floor very stained from dirt, the bathroom also dirty and smelly. The beds were full of dust with very outdated sheets and had wholes in the middle of the mattress. The pool, completely empty, not working. Cracks in the ceiling, dead roaches. AC with buckets underneath holding the water that came out of it. Almost got assaulted in the parking lot by a homeless man. I feared for my life, had to checkout immediately.

Parking was poorly lit. There was no one at the front desk for check-in. There was no security anywhere on the premises or outside. There were unsavory people dealing drugs lingering outside the front entrance and sitting in the stairwells. The hallways had no lighting. The room was filthy, roaches running everywhere, toilet seat broken, bathroom unclean, broken dinette, the front door to the room lock was broken along with the adjoining room door lock not working. The bed was broken. I went to dinner and returned to discover the police in the front driveway. The front office and lobby closed at 11pm. There was no signage posted for any phone number to call for assistance. I feared for my safety and security. There was no one available for check out or drop box to place the key. I slid the key through a small opening at the front desk and took a picture of it in case there was any questions as to what happened to the keys. This establishment should be banned and removed from Hotels.com destination.

Checking into the first room i noticed it was very outdated & dirty. Next-door there seemed to be, according to the front desk, illegal construction going on in the room.. at 8:30 PM you heard loud wall breaking noises & debris thrown in a truck.... bringing my concern to the front desk they switched my room & this room was a nightmare. After midnight I noticed the sheets were stained & BEDBUGS infested both mattresses.. there is no front desk from 12AM to 8AM so I had to wait till the following day where the front desk told me there were no vacancies. They tried keeping my deposit for "late check out" which was crazy but I made sure I got it back... very rude staff.. some guests seem to live there with people loitering in front of a smoke shop & stray animals(cats) all around. You can hear banging and all types of noise throughout the night including the next rooms TV.. the TV sucks! Barely any channels and they cut in and out with poor reception.. no working Wi-Fi for the smart TV functionality either. This place should be investigated and shut down! Horrible horrible horrible experience

I saw nothing to like. It was Nasty. Bad smelling.. dirty...old furnishings. First of all the door to enter. I didn't want to touch it. Was nasty. Very dirty. The front desk person was dirty looking like he was doing some yard work. He was on him phone i has to shout helllo that was how he sees us. Overall. Nice location. I would never recommend to anyone.

This place was disgusting purchased it for 7 days n had to leave with the next day due to bed bugs nasty dirty place checked out immediately after my son was bite extremely lost money time n respect for this kind of people who allow this n to top it off owner is impossible to get a hold of don’t stay here it is run dwn n veryyyyy disappointing not family friendly at all rates negative zero never again

The bed had bedbugs. The floor had roaches. The bathroom sink was broke and the hoses ripped in half. The area and parking was unsafe. No one at the desk cares about our experience nor did anything so far to make it right. We checked out the 28th hours after checking in due to being bite multiple times by bedbugs.

ROACHES - DO NOT GO HERE. ROACHES is a huge problem at this hotel. I had to be moved three times due to an infestation of roaches. I left my belongings in my car because it was 3am where would I go find another hotel. I even brought a roach in a garbage can to the staff at the front desk. The final room I settled on slept in my clothes with my shoes on for a fear of mice as well, there was things that appeared to be mice feces. I did not see mice but the fear was there. I slept on top of the bedspreads. Above the cabinet was several empty liquor bottles. This is ridiculous. I requested a refund with no avail from property. This completely ruined a relaxing trip. DO NOT GO HERE THERE ARE ROACHES EVERYWHERE.
