Lovely large condo. Great for when family with grandkids visited. Nearby pool was warm and fun for them. Beautiful beach area. Key Biscayne is a very niece relaxing area.

Beautiful condo in Key Colony. Very well appointed! Beach toys, beach chairs and towels to be used at beach and at two different pools in the complex. Close to many excellent restaurants and unique shops. Great for a family trip! . Issue with internet but eventually got it worked out.

Enjoyed our stay here

Angela was a great property manager. There were a couple of issues with the community, like the pool next to the condo building was closed, and the grilling area was closed. In addition, the unit itself seemed to be missing some kitchen items. For example there was one small pot and one very large pot, but no medium size - like you would cook spagetti in. Plus there were no baking sheets at all, and no regular size serving bowls (again, small and very large, but no medium). These did not stop us from having a wonderful time, but are suggestions to make it better.

Great Time

Our son lives in Miami so for the past 10 years we have been making annual trips to the area. For the most part, we have stayed in Brickell and Coconut Grove. Each year, we have made one or more visits to Baggs State Park at the tip of the key, and this year decided to just stay in Key Biscayne. We had a great time, and glad we made the move. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The property is wonderfully located with easy (ten-minute walk) access to pool and the beach. There is actually a closer pool, but it was closed for maintenance. A very good 18-hole golf course is about a mile away, and a number of restaurants are within walking distance. We are currently making plans to return next winter.

Delightful Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Key Biscayne. The condo was lovely and super convenient. The complex had everything you could hope for 
 beach, pools incl a Lap pool, and tennis. Angela, the Property Manager, was great. Check-in was a breeze & she was very attentive & available. Key Biscayne is a wonderful place to stay w/great beaches, two state parks & fantastic restaurants. We’ll be back.

Great stay at Key Colony - Key Biscayne

Very nice Condo at great location in Key Biscayne. Angela was easy to connect to and gave a tour of the facilities at Key Colony: gym, tennis courts, bar & pool, deli shop with good food and acces to the beach. In short a great stay, Key Biscayne is a wonderful location and short trip to Miami and Airport with a golf course minutes away.

The location was very convenient. Freebee gold cart service, multiple pools onsite, and a quick walk to the beach. Eight of us were able to stay there comfortably.

Spacious, spotless and well appointed.

Great space - super clean, well appointed and stocked with everything we needed, and lots of room (family of 5). It was a bit of a walk to the beach each day (10+ min with kids, bags etc) but it is a very pleasant and pretty walk so we enjoyed it. The beach had chairs and umbrellas available for free and the large pool had a bar with snacks and drinks which was helpful. There’s also a small pool and grilling area very close to the unit which was very helpful! Location was great and we were able to walk to restaurants, stores, and run the local trails into the park. My only feedback was that there seemed to be many items in the unit that were either very fragile or very important to the owner. The property manager was a great representative and made sure we knew every item in the unit that we should be mindful of (ie decorative glass bowls, paintings, sculptures, chairs, lamps etc). I completely understand the need to be extra careful when renting out a unit, but the level of focus that was placed on these items made me super nervous all week. I ended up putting what I could away so that my kids didn’t accidentally break anything, but I could see an accident happening very easily and unintentionally and getting hit with a large bill/fine as it was communicated to me that everything was very expensive and valuable. Overall it was a great stay, but that fear that someone was going to break something was with me all week. I mention this in case a large family with curious children choose this unit.

Comfortable and clean

The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. Extremely clean and all appliances brand new. Bedding high quality. Very spacious and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood perfect for families.
