There's also a fully equipped gym open 24/7, a spa, and a bar and restaurant on the hotel's ninth floor. You will also have access to beach services and a personal concierge available 24/7. Our apartment is perfectly located for daytime and nighttime activities. You'll find plenty of restaurants, bars, banks, and convenience stores like Walmart, Publix, Walgreens, and 7-Eleven (open 24 hours) nearby. Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and Aventura Mall are just 5 minutes away, while South Beach is only an 18-minute drive. These fees are not included and must be paid at the hotel reception upon check-in: - RESORT FEE: 1 to 14 days: $40 per day (not per person). 15 to 29 days: $35 per day (not per person). 30 days or more: $30 per day (not per person) + TAX. - PARKING FEE: 1 to 7 days: $35 per day + TAX. 8 days or more: $30 per day + TAX. 30 days, monthly rate: $650 + TAX (30 full days). - SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $250 security deposit will be held per stay and fully refunded at check-out. All prices are subject to tax. Payment is accepted by credit card only. Cash payments are not accepted. - CLEANING: The final cleaning fee is included in the price. Daily cleaning service is not included. Additional cleaning is available upon request for an extra fee. - TOILETRIES: Amenities are complimentary and provided once per reservation. After that, you must supply your own personal care and hygiene products. Convenience stores such as Seven Eleven, Walmart, Walgreens, and Publix are within walking distance of the hotel. - BEACH SERVICE: Each room includes 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, and towels at the beach at no cost. Access to the beach has been temporarily relocated to a nearby beach service (within walking distance), where guests will receive umbrellas, chairs, and towels. Please read the RULES carefully.
