The property itself is pretty great, with amazing views and plenty of space, although there are a few things worth mentioning.
The apartment is ideal for 2 to 4 people (though two people would need to sleep on a sofa bed). It’s well-equipped for cooking, though nothing was properly cleaned. There are plenty of pans, but they’re in poor condition. The rooms are spacious and smelled fresh, and the beds were comfortable. However, the bed linens and pillows seemed a bit worn, though they appeared clean.
The bathroom is spacious, but the bathtub and shower were in poor condition with chips and stains. Additionally, it seemed like the cleaning was superficial, as we found hair in the bathtub and on the floor. We also found two towels that were dirty, and one had holes in it.
That being said, if you can overlook these issues, the apartment is in a fantastic location with stunning views and a top-notch balcony. A major plus is the available parking spot. The lady who provided us with the instructions was incredibly kind and responsive, answering our questions at any time of day.
The reception staff were also great and helpful. However, the building is very busy. Although there are six elevators, only two were working, which resulted in long waits to get to the apartment.
In conclusion, we enjoyed the place, but some things really need improvement.
