Great location, no communication
1 bedroom Condo was clean, minimally but acceptably furnished and equipped.
Good: comfortable king bed in bedroom and Murphy bed in living room. Clean towels, instant coffee, nice kitchen, new washer dryer.
Bad: electric tea kettle didn't work, unable to get TV to reduce any signal, 3rd bed advertised is an inflatable mattress, bottom brace of Murphy bed broken (but bed still folded down properly), and host did not acknowledge any of my questions (but did ask for a 5 star review). The host name on VRBO was not the same name as the person requesting payment, and the email directing me to fill out credit card authorization had no reference to VRBO, Miami, the host's name--nothing to indicate who the person was or why he was asking for money.
A better-priced place then most other options; keep expectations low and you won't be disappointed.
