The hotel cancelled my reservation without any prior communication. I booked the room via Expedia and there was no cancellation via the website. When I arrived at the hotel the reservation still said booked and confirmed. Also, The man at the front desk was not helpful and told us to wait on the other representative. When the other representative came she said that the manager just cancelled the room because there was no phone number. The hotel left us stranded on Valentine’s Day. They did not provide any resolution other than they would call me if any room became available.

Very basic dated room. They advertise having a restaurant and they do not. Located on a very busy highway and no restaurants are on the same side as the hotel. Charge $25 for shuttle to the airport.
