Arrived late after driving all night 7:30 am the next day. Two ladies at desk but was made to wait for around 30 minutes. Explained the situation. They only allowed 2 hours in the room had to vacate at 11:30 originally said 11:00! Slept for 2 hours showered and had to leave after no sleep drove from Georgia 10 hours. Only reason they allowed me in the room because I booked throughout Expedia and was charged full price.

Room was clean only thing there was just a funny smell in the hallway and they need to be more accurate on the shuttle. I made reservations for the shuttle and never picked me up when I needed to be picked up.
