Courteous staff, GREAT location and "Mid-Century Modern" vibe.
The room was spotless and the staff was pleasant and helpful. They have an area with snacks on site and offer a shuttle to the cruise port at check out, I really appreciated the amenities.
Old building a bit outdated, no amenities and no elevator however Staff are extremely friendly and keep things nice and clean. Most staff do not speak English but communicate through Google translate and are perceptive. The beds on the other hand are like sleeping on bricks, so if you have back problems or any similar ailments be prepared to wake up feeling like you were run over in your sleep. There is laundry available and it is cashless you need to have an app to use it but that is a good safety standard. Area is quiet there is a gas station, a Dunkin Donuts, Car Rental and other things nearby. The Front Desk does offer shuttle service to and from Airport and Cruise Port for a small fee per person. Management is also very hospitable and understanding. If you need somewhere to just lay your head in between stops or if you are not planning to just hang out in your hotel room I would recommend stating here, they were able to comfortably accommodate our traveling large size family.
Absolutely awful don’t recommend staying her at all a group of 10 of us had all of our rooms canceled on us without notice. We got to the hotel at 1 am to find out no rooms. The manager was absolutely not willing to work with us. I had a young daughter and a daughter that’s handicapped. Jose treated us so bad. Then come to find out they charged my cards for rooms we didn’t even get. Never have I ever felt so defeated
It was a motel 6 before. They only changed the name. But for the time being it did the job. Staff was great except for one person at the entrance who try to steal my deposit, he’s name is Ali, he was saying I didn’t give him the deposit money, but the rest of the staff was helping me get it, that’s why I’m giving à 5 star review.
I had a clean room and bathroom but the bathtub had some of its enamel that had come off so it could be changed. The location is fantastic. Easy to get to the I-75 and I-95. Denny's, Chipotle and Wendy's in walking distance but 36th Street is a very busy street especially during weekdays so I would suggest you drive to the mentioned food spots. Enterprise Car Rental is just next door and there is also a shuttle that can take you to the Miami Airport for $25.00. I loved this hotel and the price is right.
Price and location were great if you set yor expectations accordingly. Room is a bit old, but clean. Super nice front desk staff. Starbucks within walking distance. Great for the price and for me, being west of the airport was great since I planned on getting up and heading into Everglade National Park the following morning and did not want to contend with city traffic. Would stay at again.
The room was clean. This is a very basic hotel. Price reflects it. Good for an one night. Briefly noise through the door adjoining to the next room - boys from a Jamaican sports team according to the front desk. All was quiet in time to sleep. Functional bare bones room. Spacious. Clean sheets. Good Wifi. Polite and efficient staff. Shuttle to airport hourly $25. Chipotle and Starbucks nearby.
