I have been visiting this property for years with no issues. before this new management team. The current manager Lilia Viecco is a truly aweful person. At check in she commented that I was acting like a "king" because I requested a ground floor room. I thought she was joking so I laughed it off. Then my 19 year old sat back on the toilet bowl. The seat cover pushed the lid over and it broke. I explained this to her. She told me that she was being nice to speak with me about what happened and that
