Situated right next to the popular Ocean Drive and close to Lincoln Road and Washington Avenue, you`ll have easy access to all major attractions in SOBE. You won`t need a car! Everything is within short walking distance, or you can opt for a quick Uber, Lyft, or Citi Bike ride. Shops, restaurants, spas, theaters, movie cinemas, hairdressers, cosmetic centers, and much more are all around you, making this the ideal spot to experience the best of Miami Beach.

NOISE DISCLAIMER

The apartment is located near the Locust club/bar, so you may notice some noise during operating hours, especially in the evenings. However, please rest assured that the club is legally required to turn off all music and noise by 11 PM, so it shouldn’t interfere with your night`s rest. Additionally, we have installed noise detectors in the unit to monitor the decibel levels, ensuring that everything remains within a comfortable range. Should you experience any noise disturbances after the scheduled time, please don`t hesitate to contact us, and we will promptly reach out to the appropriate authorities to address the situation.

• Check-in no earlier then 3pm If earlier $30 extra fees will apply )
• Check-out no later then 10am (If not respected $30 PER EVERY HOUR for rescheduling cleaning service )

• Please leave the apartment in the same condition(Take trash out, clean dishes ) as you found it
• NO SAND AT THE APARTMENT ! ( Also not in the bathroom neither in bathtub )
• No parties or events !!
• No noise/loud music
• No smoking inside the apartment and smoking in the common areas, including the elevator, is also prohibited.
• No extra guests without approval
• Don`t store trash in the apartment for days please. Kindly ask you to use trash chute DAILY located outside of the building from back side
