The location of The Alexander Resort is also convenient for exploring Miami Beach. It is situated in the Mid-Beach area, which is known for its quieter atmosphere and easy access to the boardwalk. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A $250 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND A DAILY $40 PER APARTMENT RESORT FEE PAID AT THE FRONT DESK UPON ARRIVAL. The resort and parking fees are paid separately from the price paid on the booking channel.

A 4% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.

Minimum age to book and stay in the unit is 21 years old (does not relate to kids staying with adults).

Beach and pool towels are complimentary and claimed by the pool area.
