The positives are the location is great and the views are spectacular. The property manager was excellent with communication. The negatives are the unit is not well provisioned with kitchen gear. The parking situation is expensive and slow. The elevators are very slow and crowded, we ended up taking the stairs to the 23rd floor multiple times rather than wait 45 min for an elevator.
