Nice boutique hotel in a great location. Easy access to restaurants and the beach. Walls were thin so you can hear some noise but earplugs help and it didn’t bother us. Not great parking options around the hotel but public parking lot is a nice 5 min walk.

The Pestaña hotel group is an excellent chain and our experience at the South Beach Hotel did not dissapoint. The staff was very courteous and helpful, the property was beautiful, and the room was well appointed. The only drawback was that the bed in our room was worn out and needs to be replaced. This is a good place to stay and walkable to theatre, shopping and dining .The only negative was the stairs up to our room which I had not planned for .Elevator in main building but not where we were placed .I did not asked to be moved as could manage climbing up but some guests need to be aware of that when booking .Also was double charged for room but extra amount hopefully has been removed after I pointed this out .Staff were friendly and helpful and generally thought this was a nice place to stay.
