Nice hotel

The property seems older than it is. Especially the elevator operations. The bed sheets had not been changed, the staff quickly changed linens. Neither room phones worked, the hallway smelled like old trash from the trash can in the elevator lobby and was never emptied by housekeeping. The water pressure was terrible and the outlets were too loose. Even with a full service restaurant on site, room service was not available during my stay. I will say the front lobby staff was pleasant, which helped this stay. The room was spacious (corner airport view) which was nice. The tv was large, but the bed mattress was very uncomfortable. Despite the efforts of the front staff I will not stay here in the future.

Water was dripping from the air conditioning unit right near the entrance of our front door. It was sopping wet. Phone in our room didn’t work. It was dingy. I really think this place must have looked great when it first opened.

Beautiful quiet hotel with very nice lobby area that includes a bar and restaurant. Convenient to Miami airport (has a shuttle that starts service at 4;30 am). Great food, drinks, and rooms. We will stay there again when flying out of Miami. Great place to stay over for an early flight out.

The place looks nice. I hated that we were placed on a floor that had 4 business meeting rooms. To top it off the same room as the ballroom. Which had an event.For the price thats paid you would think yohd have a room away from this. It wasnt comfortable walking by business meetings or a party before or after swimming or just getting breakfast in pajamas. The people at the front desk and the cleaning crew were all polite and respectful. Appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport as well.

Ran into a few issues while I was here. I will say, the staff were awesome, I have no complaints about the individual service that was provided to me. My first issue was the strange noises that kept happening around my room. Maybe it's related to the airport but it made sleeping peacefully very difficult. I also had such a lukewarm shower! Even on full blast, it was lukewarm at best. The water also got everywhere, the shower head couldn't be moved and was tilted towards the floor. My room was good, way bigger than I needed but that's not a negative I supoose. Another small but just weird issue is there was no outlet to plug in my phone charger near my bed? I could have missed it, but I had to leave my phone across the room which certainly annoyed me. The breakfast was... fine. I'm not sure why it had its own resteraunt feel, maybe it does better after breakfast? Same continental breakfast as anywhere else. It was close to the office I was visiting but the gates and private property around the area made a .3 mile distance a 20 minute walk to work by going all the way around. It was at best alright, but so many small annoying things kept me from recommending it.

Fees that weren't made clear when booking (Parking Fee and a $100 per night insurance deposit). The room i was given initially was poor, toilet and faucets were faulty. I requested a change which was an easy process. My overall experience was disappointing.
