First, Oscar at the front desk set the bar really high on what it means to have top-tier customer service. He fully explained the check-in process, amenities, and what we could expect during our stay. He also shared his personal experience of being in the area for over 21 years about the top restaurants. The hotel was immaculate, super cute and modern will be here again for sure.

The facility is excellent and the rooms are spacious and comfortable beds. Oscar went above and beyond and ensure all our needs were well taken care of. Staff like him makes the stay even more pleasant.

Staff was very nice and the room was okay for a single person or low budget couple on an adventure. Kind of felt just like the 80s which works because the vibe there is like that. But I prefer a bigger and nicer accommodations. The cafe was amazing though! Best cafe

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Having the convenience store in the basement was a great perk. The room (203) was huge, so was the bathroom. Very nice, renovated and up to date. The only reason it wasn't 5 stars may be our fault. Our room was in the front of the hotel over Ocean Drive. The music playing until 3:00 AM was a problem. Had we known, we should have opted for a different room, but since it was just 2 nights, we stuck it out. VERY nice people and hotel. Restaurant out front was very good too.

Had a great stay here...On arrival the guy at front desk was friendly and helpful. The recently renovated room was a decent size and had great decor with similar furniture to my own house so I felt at home. The bathroom was nice...The shower was great - good pressure and hot - useful as Miami was having cold weather when I visited. The bed was also comfy. I was staying at back of the hotel so didn't hear any noise from Ocean Drive. The restaurant at the front was ok. The food was nothing amazing but the usual on the main strip. I've been to Miami six times and this was the best hotel I've stayed at. Definitely a four star hotel rather than a three star.
