There was a line of 10 people ahead of us and when it was our turn, we were told "sorry, we dont have your room type available". Asked what that meant and was told they didnt have anymore double bed rooms ready. Asked when they would be ready and she shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know". An hour later after I overheard her give a double bed room to another guest, I got in a line of 12 people again and was able to be checked in. The room itself smelled strongly of some type of perfume and this was after bringing 3 bags of luggage up the stairs because they had no elevator and no more 1st floor rooms. I will not be staying here again and should have canceled the reservation and left like many people before me.

They said no rooms are available when I arrived even though I pay in advance, they gave me a room though Hotel has no elevator so one has to carry your luggage up stairs. Shuttle only works till 10 pm so I had to Uber to hotel 👎

Didn’t look like the picture room was very small and the air conditioner was a window type that didn’t work well and there is no elevator to take your bags up I was lucky to change mine to the first floor and we also had to wait forever to get picked up at the airport will not stay there again

I’m shocked to see this, actually. For starters, the hotel is one that is pushed as being good for cruise travelers. They also stayed it was a Wyndham chain. They should not brand themselves as somewhat high end when it’s not. There’s NO elevator. Not a broken one - NONE. Why would you push this hotel as cruise friendly for people traveling with luggage?? I had to carry 50 pound luggage bags up 2 flights of stairs. This is diabolical! The lady all but laughed when I asked where the elevator was - like I would know there isn’t one?? She offered to keep my luggage downstairs. Explain to me how my luggage can be downstairs but I’m upstairs needing clothes and toiletries. Make it make sense! Finally get luggage upstairs and there’s pot being smoked and it’s all you smell in the rooms. I’m more pissed after carrying luggage up the stairs and being killed doing that and not knowing who was smoking so they could share! The room hadn’t been cleaned in I couldn’t tell you how long. Bugs in the closets. No comforter on the bed and an ac unit that at best puttered out somewhat cold air. Then get the sticker shock of paying $220 for a room that we had to carry our own crap upstairs blows my mind. I could go on but it’s not worth the headache. The fact I have to pick a star rating here is insane because there’s needs to be a zero stars. Total waste of money! The best part of the stay was the 3rd party vendor that they used to get us to the cruise terminal. Worth every penny!

Staff was ok. But it is a OLD refurbished hotel with No elevator. The biggest thing is this is a Wyndham hotel and it DOES NOT live up to their normal standard. When I booked a “Wyndham hotel” I expected a LOT more especially for $300 per night. Just wasn’t what I was imagining and expected more. Very disappointed.

My husband and I booked a room online and when we showed up it was nothing like the pic. 230 dollars and our room was as big as a closet. No windows. The people under us was loud as ever. We sleep in our car. The person at the front desk wouldn’t help us when we checked out.
