Room was clean overall, no elevator however check in staff are very kind and offer to help bring luggage upstairs. Airport shuttle took long to arrive and vehicle was not labeled so we had to wait almost an hour for it to return. We paid for a late check out however this was not noted on their end upon checkin so we had multiple staff enter the room (to try to clean) the day of check out even after we spoke to the receptionist so that was a little frustrating when trying to rest. Overall the stay was good.

We had a 14hr layover in Miami and this was a good place to spend the night. Quiet, free airport shuttle, and decent breakfast for the morning.

The property was clean but the walls were so thin and the guests in the neighboring apartments were super loud. The shuttle service to the airport was good and the operator was quite polite. I would stay there again, maybe it was just a one off with those guests.

This property reminded me of what you see on TV as a unsafe, scary location. I did not stay here and have lost the money that I paid for it. This property should NOT be listed as a choice for someone traveling depending on Expedia. I will NEVER book though this site again!!!!

I came to miami because i had a hair transplant surgery and i accidentally left a blood stain on a pillow case and because of that they will take all of my 100$ deposit, to be honest i dont think a new pillow case cost 100$!! I am really upset about this, in fact i was planning another trip in a couple of months but i will never come back to this hotel or even tell my friends to stay here, i wont recommend this place to anyone!

A fine over night stay

Super cute boutique like lobby. Staff very friendly. Room was SMALL!!! Breakfast needs help. Not many options, food was just ok, no meat option, just eggs.
