As soon as you walk in the hotel smells like mold. Staff was polite but cleanliness needs improving. Our sheets were dirty, pillow cases had stains and there were hairs on the bathroom floor. The only thing that was great was the breakfast and shuttle service to and from the airport.

This hotel is very outdated! There is no elevator to the second floor and no help to get your bags up there ! The bathroom in our room was very tiny! We stayed there prior to taking a cruise. I had called the hotel prior to getting there and was told that there was a free shuttle to the port. There was a shuttle but you had to pay $15.00 per person and be prepared to have cash on hand! The free breakfast was not good . I thought the hotel would be nice since it's a Wyndham property but I would not recommend staying at this hotel!

This is an older hotel and adequate for an overnight stay in Miami. It is close to the airport, less than 10 min drive or cab ride to/from MIA. The room was generally clean. No dust. Fully enclosed mattress covers. The surfaces were wiped down including the headboard. However, as an older hotel there were stains on the walls, bathroom tiles, doors, etc. The bathroom is incredibly small. The air conditioner is old and difficult to maintain a moderate temperature. if you are familiar with Miami, most buildings that are more than 15 years old have a bit of mold in the air so the air conditioning is usually kept high. This AC does that job. Do not look for modern amenities or decor. The staff was very polite and as helpful. This is a completely adequate hotel if you are looking for something not too far from the hotel.

Room was clean but quite old and painted over. Small room and the bathroom you could shower, wash your hands and use the toilet at the same time, it was the smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen. The AC worked well but ran the entire time, which worked out in the end, the white noise was good to drown out the airplanes taking off across the street at the airport. While the staff was gracious, they’re quite liberal with answering questions. We signed on to take a shuttle to the port of Miami for our cruise the next day. The front desk told us the shuttle times for ‘Worry Free Transportation’ (NOT affiliated with the hotel, an independent company) came to only their hotel and went straight to the port. The times quoted were 9am and Noon. I watched the 9am shuttle arrive at 8:45 and was impressed. HOWEVER, the ‘noon’ shuttle was actually at 12:45 and they were running late for that time slot. They did arrive by 1:00 and had made other stops before picking us up. Breakfast s included, waffles, eggs, toast, amazing fresh juice and coffee. Being on the lower end of pricing for the area it served its purpose for our trip.

There was a line of 10 people ahead of us and when it was our turn, we were told "sorry, we dont have your room type available". Asked what that meant and was told they didnt have anymore double bed rooms ready. Asked when they would be ready and she shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know". An hour later after I overheard her give a double bed room to another guest, I got in a line of 12 people again and was able to be checked in. The room itself smelled strongly of some type of perfume and this was after bringing 3 bags of luggage up the stairs because they had no elevator and no more 1st floor rooms. I will not be staying here again and should have canceled the reservation and left like many people before me.

They said no rooms are available when I arrived even though I pay in advance, they gave me a room though Hotel has no elevator so one has to carry your luggage up stairs. Shuttle only works till 10 pm so I had to Uber to hotel 👎
