Wet stains on the sheets and mattress smelled of mold from the air conditioning units and horrible dirty smell in the rooms. Air conditioning vent had mold and dirt forming.

We stayed at the Atrium from Feb 2-6, 2026. The temperature in Miami was 39F the first night and the room was unheated. Two of the room lights did not function, the room was not made up on the second day as requested and lights were not fixed. We were moved to another room that was made up but the TV did not work. Then we were moved to another room. One light did not work in that room. When we awoke the next day we found the bathroom floor flooded. The toilet was not tied down properly so it was leaking when flushed. This did get repaired the same day. All three rooms we were in were dirty. The walls appeared paper this as we were kept up by some guests partying until 3 am, The early morning staff (a young man) was very unresponsive and rude, however, we found the other two ladies at the counter were very nice and responsive to our issues. Nevertheless, we would not advise staying here.

The hotel was not well maintained. The carpet in the room was dirty, the lobby was unclean, and the shower was outdated. The shower glass was dirty and the handle was broken. Hair in the drain. Overall, the property needs significant cleaning and updates. I would not stay here again.

I am not sure how Wyndam has placed their corporate logo on this motel/hotel. This was one of the worst places we have ever stayed at. It was dirty, the rooms are not even conventional hotel rooms. I would never leave a bad review it is was not warranted, however we were horrified. We traveled with another couple and they were at a loss for words. Please go somewhere else, the only thing good was very close to MIA airport thats it.

I booked this room for my parents before a cruise, and it was the worse hotel that we have ever seen. It doesn’t mention that is a weekly rental hotel anywhere on here. My father is handicapped and they said the elevators weren’t working. The room itself was dirty. Wires hanging from the back of the tv. They were fearful to even sit down in the room. The room cost for one night was $329!!!!! I book hotels all the time and have never spent that amount and gotten so little. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy!!

The common areas and my room were filthy. Room was freezing. Tile in shower cracked and you either got freezing cold water or scalding hot...nothing in between. Beds were awful. They seemed to be some sort of rollaway cot on wheels with aluminum around the outside so it was not stable and made horrible noise whenever you moved.

This is an old hotel recently purchased by Wyndham. The rooms are small and only partially updated. We were in Miami during a cold spell (outside temps in the low 40s) and the room had no heat. We needed two blankets to sleep. The breakfast was good and the free airport shuttle was good.

All of the above. I would have cancelled but it wasn’t possible. The whole hotel was not clean - from the front desk all away to inside the room. There were hairs of all kinds in the bathroom and on one of the towels. Also spot lights pointing at the window.

The bed was ok but only 1 threadbare blanket and sheet. I had to ask for a heavier duvet which they had. The hotel is old and it shows. Floors should be ripped out in the bathroom and new tile. Room size was ok. AC unit was small and didn’t have a heat option. We were very cold

Everything was bad. Stayed in the lobby for 6 hours to finely get checked in. They kept telling us rooms weren’t ready and wouldn’t check us in (even though we requested early check in the night prior), and kept checking in new people that would walk into the hotel. Walls are paper thin, none of the plugs by the bed worked. It was super hot in the room and the ac unit/fan didn’t work. I thought with this being a Wyndham hotel we’d be ok, but this was our worst hotel experience ever.

I stayed here for one night, and that was one night too many. The exterior is rundown, with a hanging, weathered sign still labeled “Atrium,” which should have been my first red flag. The airport shuttle was dirty, with visibly stained seats, and despite it being very cold for Miami, the driver had us standing outside while he loaded luggage. To make matters worse, the shuttle was also late. There is no elevator—and yes, that bears repeating. NO ELEVATOR. Guests are expected to carry their luggage up to the second floor. The hallway smelled unpleasant, and unfortunately the room did as well. Thankfully, I had room deodorizer with me. The window in the room was open with no screen, which required force to shut. The bathroom floor was also not very clean. This property is in serious need of a full renovation, a temporary shutdown, or at the very least a significant price reduction—at least $100 less per night. I would strongly recommend staying far away from this hotel. Honestly, sleeping on the floor at the Miami airport would have been cleaner, cheaper, and more comfortable.
