Dirty, broken down, rude staff, no accessibility, tiny double bed they insist is a queen. Took 45 minutes for shuttle to arrive and transport us 1 mile while other hotel shuttles came 3 times while we waited. Apparently Wyndham properties cannot be trusted anymore.
Railing came off wall causing stumble.

Airport shuttle only runs once an hour. It took 25-30 wait until it arrived., Room was no frills but comfortable overall. Bathroom was small but was acceptable for the two of us. Breakfast also was good with enough options. Staff was pleasant and helpful throughout stay.

Room was dirty, walls were paper thin, we were kept up all night by a group participating together very loudly in intimate acts in the room next to us. All we could hear was moaning and screaming. The free airport shuttle was over 30 min late, we ended up taking an uber to not miss our flight. Staff was 0 help. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Room was very insufficient and overpriced. The AC controls did not work, the bathroom floor and show area were filty, the bathroom was small with no sink counter to place shaving, etc items.

The pictures did the hotel wonders. We were surprised once we arrived as it did not appear like how it did in the pictures. Also, there was no elevator so we had to use stairs even to carry heavy luggage. We were told also that there would be continental breakfast included but did not see any the morning or our departure.

The hotel phographs better than the true conditions. No elevator or assistance to the 2nd floor. The bathroom had a pill of some variety on the floor upon check in. Flagrant weed smokers on the back patio. The shuttle stopped running at 10pm, not 10:30 as advertised.

There was little to like about this hotel. Couldn't sleep because the walls were paper thin and you could hear people talking all night. Bathroom was tiny and the hot water was either too hot or none at all. Although Miami is normally warm a cold front had come in. No heat in the room and only one thin blanket. Would not recommend this place.
