Room was fine. Oceanfront good. We got the wrong room key/room as soon as we checked in. There was another couple in that room. We finally got our correct room. Breakfast was a joke: white bread, cheap cheese, canned tuna? Pool was closed. Played chess and pool with 30+ yr old sets.

We liked that it was clean and beautiful room was exactly what they said it was and the staff helped us when the remote to tv needed re added to tv so they sent the guy right up to fix it. Our only problem was no parking but that was our fault as at first when we rented here we didn’t have a car then last minute we rented car n they had no parking beside s that the place was so amazing. Beyond thankful for the staff n the hotel itself.

My room was not handicapp equipped. I was unable to use the shower. It was sealed shut. Room 514. The light in the bathroom flickered. Also the phone did not work. When we arrived we went straight to the beach. I did not think to make sure everything was in working order. I brought it to the attention of the front desk staff. I just got an apology. If i had a fall, and could not get to my phone and had to use the phone in the room that would have been a problem. Not to mention a liability to the hotel. They did state I could get a late check out at noon, however we left at 10am because i was very unhappy. I feel my room should have been comped. Will never reccoment this place.

The stay was good. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good, but limited. The complimentary beach towels, lounge chairs and umbrellas made the beach stay great. The beach was almost private to the guests and the water was clean , clear and approachable. Unfortunately there were no balconies on the south tower.

I stayed at this property for spring break with my son. The beach area was great and it was very convenient to drive to the Everglades, Wynwood, South Beach, and Fort Lauderdale. Hotel staff was very helpful. There was not on-site parking which would have been nice, but I used spot-hero to get parking at a small lot a couple of blocks away. I would definitely stay here again.
