When i got there they didn’t have the room i payed for. The room was hot there was no AC. They switched us to another room and the patio door was broken.There was a cockroach in the fridge.The toilet paper was on the floor because the holder was broken. The front desk worker gave me a lot of attitude.

The rooms are nice and the hotel provides beach loungers, umbrellas and beach towels but they give you a towel card you have to leave at the front desk and they will only give you one at a time. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired, we had to ask the front desk several times to get someone to clean our room and in the two weeks we were there we only got sheets changed once after asking about 5 times in a day. The restaurant was only open when they felt like it even though they had hours posted and the bar was even more inconsistent

The hotel is in desperate need for an upgrade. While most of the staff are friendly, some wouldn't even speak when say good morning. The ocean front rooms have no balcony so youre pretty much staring out the window. The property did have great amenities like a lobby bar, breakfast area which has very limited options. Its more of a continental breakfast. They did have two pool tables which are a plus but the felt is worn. The lobby furniture is dayed and stained. On the plus side you walk past the pool, out the gate and you are literally kn the beach. Parking is offsite but available and the lobby workers are constantly cleaning from wet pool goers. Check in process had a hitch. They booked someone in my room thinking it was me, not sure how that mistake was made.

The staff was helpful with getting me information and it was clean, but there was no air condition in the entrance and it was very hot. There is also no parking so I had to park far away and pay for a certain amount of hours that I was there. No help with luggage but they have an area where you can leave your luggage while you go find parking. The breakfast was terrible. I preferred to buy breakfast from places nearby.
