Beautiful property. Staff was kind and helpful, professional and polite. They have incorporated four different existing South Beach properties and turned them into the Sonder. It was an architectural delight! Would absolutely stay again! Thank you Sonder Deco team!!!!

This was my 5th time staying here and it is unequivocally my favorite hotel in South Beach. The rooms are spacious, immaculate, modern and the beds are luxuriously firm. The location is great for walking to numerous excellent restaurants, shopping and the beach. If you ever need anything, the help is immediate and they go out of their way to make it right. I absolutely love this place.

For the location, this was great. The pool was nice. Had some issues with valet and staff being present to help us with things. The rooms had scuffed walls, uneven floors and just felt kinda meh.

The property itself is in a great location, and the private area with the pool and beds/tables make it a nice addition. The rooms themselves, though small, are clean enough and they are equipped with an AC, smart TV, and the king size bed we had was comfortable. Personally, I had noise issues. Fire alarms would go off all day/night long, unattended. The walls are paper thin, I could recall my neighbour’s entire phone call in the room beside us. I was conveniently located right by the trash bins in the T building first floor. EVERY morning at 8am I would be woken up from the garbage truck. Our upstairs neighbour kept pacing back in forth with heels on, found it quite weird. Every time someone would go in/out of their room the doors were loud enough for you to hear it. So yes the comments stating they did not sleep well I second that. I took full advantage of my stay in Miami, I wasn’t in my room much, however while I was there, those are the things that bothered me. I was there just about 1 week, and I find it a shame that’s where I was booked. I would imagine those on the 3rd floor of any other building than the T building had a more pleasant stay.
