I didn’t like the noise level. You can hear everything and the staff needs to communicate better . Housekeeping said I denied service when all they did was give me towels . They don’t speak English . The rooms are very tight four people can’t stay there comfortably

Loved how close it was to U Miami since I was there to visit my sister who goes to school there. Was very convenient and walkable to campus and the train. My hotel room was missing a few things though; there was no soap in the shower, no safe, no closet at all, no QR code for in-room dining (although a kind man at the front desk helped print one out for me). A bit odd.

The hotel was very loud and we were put super close to the elevator so the people coming on and off we could hear everything. The food at the restaurant onsite was incredible but I would not stay here again.

It was a nice stay. All staff were very pleasant. the 3rd floor balcony was great and they let us have our little dog out there. The menu out there was very limited and needs improving. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel to prospective guests.

Beautiful, clean, friendly staff. My only complaint was valet. I called in my vehicle at 8:09 am and received a text it would be 10minutes and it took 30minutes which made me late to my meeting.
