By booking this home, you are agreeing to these house rules and agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay on the property. If you have a question or concerns, please message us. Our priority is to give each guest a 5-star experience. All vehicles associated with the Vacation Rental must be parked within a driveway in compliance with the Code of Ordinances of North Miami Beach.

★ PARKING ★
Driveway - Can fit up to 2 cars. (NO STREET OR GRASS PARKING)

★ EARLY CHECK-IN /LATE CHECK-OUT ★
Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. You'll receive an access code for easy arrival. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and must be requested in advance. A flat fee of $100 per hour applies for additional time (more than 2 hours). For baggage drop-off, please inquire in advance.

★QUITE HOURS★
Weekdays 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM. During this time, no music or loud noise is allowed in the backyard or pool area. Please keep all outdoor conversations at a low volume to respect our neighbors, who have work and school commitments.

Our property is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so please be respectful of our neighbors and follow all City Ordinances. Loud noises are prohibited, and any sound that exceeds a reasonable volume outside the property may result in a fine of up to $1,000, as per the North Miami Beach noise ordinance. Please review the rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
Please treat our home with care to maintain its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. The house is only for the number of guests specified in your reservation. Unauthorized visitors will be considered a violation of our house rules. Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or missing items during their stay.

★ NO SMOKING ★
Please no smoking inside the home. If any smoking is detected, a fee for odor removal and cleaning will be charged.
Smoking marijuana is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including the front and backyard. If the smell of marijuana is reported, authorities will be contacted.

★NO DRUGS or WEAPONS ★
Our community has zero tolerance towards DRUGS or WEAPONS, and it will be reported to the City Police immediately.

★POOL CLEANING SERVICE★
Pool is serviced on Wednesdays from 9 am to 10 am.

There is (1) security camera at the property for security purposes. It is located near the front door overlooking the parking area.
Security camera only records motion detection in the parking area. There are no other cameras in the property.
