The hotel needs some repairs & updates. The restaurant in particular. Also they need to learn how to clean grout & remove mineral deposits from shower tiles. I still think it was a bargain & would probably stay there again for the same price. I was only there one night, so take that into consideration. Staff was friendly & polite.

Everything was great until we left and the hostess offered to get us a taxi we declined and then she asked if she could call us a Shuttle we accepted. Come to find out this was not a Shuttle! It was a Black Truck Service that cost Us $92.00 which is Ridiculous!! When a Uber ride was $18.00, she really made it seem like the “Shuttle” was a complimentary! Ride but wasn’t! 92.00 for a 15 minute ride that we did Not! Request I feel like we were Tricked and I am Not Happy With This at all! And because of this when we come back we WILL NOT BE STAYING AT YOUR HOTEL!

We really enjoyed staying here.

The hotel has a very nice vibe. We were there during the week and it was not too crowded. We had a king club room with balcony and it was pretty spacious. The place was very clean which is important to me. Everything worked and the staff are very nice and accommodating. There are some good eateries and coffee shops nearby. I took a bike out on afternoon which was nice. The rooftop pool is nice. Two beach chairs were provided on the beach each day. They do charge a resort fee (which shows in the price on hotels.com) but for that you get a pool, towels, beach chairs, and bikes daily. We had our small dog with us and that was a great plus too for us. $40 a night is the pet fee which was reasonable. They only allow dogs under 20lbs, 1 per room.

Sandra at the front desk was very nice and helpful she was able to Awnser all are questions about where to go and what to do. The hotel was clean, and only about a 5 -10 min. Walk to south beach.

Excellent, friendly, helpful staff! Clean, quiet, updated, simple rooms. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. A few minutes walk to beach. Note: The bar & restaurant are not operating at this hotel. Hotel price fluctuates daily. Pool (not heated) on top is decent sized with incredible views. Great valet parking service with price depending on size of vehicle. Stayed 10 days.

Hotel was close to lots of dining and shopping. Hotel could have been a bit cleaner, rooms quite small, no place to place suitcases. Staff however was amazing and very accommodating ☺️
