Perfect location near bayside. We stayed in room 200 and it was a bit hot when we walked into the room. We turned the AC down as soon as we got in and it didn’t get cold fast enough, however, it did when we got back after our evening activity. We do recommend this clean and lovely yotel! And we’ll be back!

The location was great we were visiting for the concert that was literally across the street. My favorite store was on the corner . Housekeeping was not what I expected having a suite very disappointing. Front desk, bellman & restaurant/ bar staff was good. Security @ the second entrance was very helpful. I did not like that the area where packages are stored closed at 5 & you have to wait until the next day @ 9. Told they make exceptions before 9 am so why not for after 5 pm .

Nice, clean hotel. I didn’t like the face you can see right through the shower when someone was in it and due to the fact it’s in the room it made you fell uncomfortable knowing others can see you. We call three time for towels housekeeping never brought us so we ended up going downstairs to get towels but was only given two towels for a guests of four!

The room was very nice with modern fixtures and lightings. Loved the adjustable bed. Felt very safe with key less access system.Self check in/out option was so quick, easy and efficient. What I didnt like was we spent 3 nights and the buffet breakfast was the same daily, felt there could more variety for a first class/ VIP hotel.
