Website says checkin starts at 3, we arrived at 2.30 and were told that 3.30 was earliest checkin. We returned at 9pm and were told to wait to see if there were any clean rooms. While we waited there were people waiting at the front desk because they did not have toilet paper in their rooms. As i got our room the clerk told the other clerk to cancel any outstanding reservations that were not made directly with the hotel. I was told that i was lucky with my expedia reservation. I was charged an additional $50 at registration. Now the room was quiet, comfotable, and quite adequate.

Older hotel that needs a refresh. Two elevators not in service and the third is in poor condition. The room was dated and lacked hot water. The restaurant was good.

Terrible Stay.

The hotel has not been renovated in 45 years and so it is badly worn, stained and torn finishes. Only one of three elevators worked and the AC in our room could not keep it comfortable. Staff were unattentive and uncaring and were unresponsive to our requests. Would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

Two out of three elevators were out of order. The TV screen was broken. I called and requested a 3:30 am shuttle on Thursday for a stay on Friday/ Saturday. We waited then were told they didn't have us down and no room on the shuttle. We ended up taking an Uber.

This is a typical example of ruining a brand image of Crown plaza will never date to stay , it's as simple as a $60 motel stay with cramped toilets and adventures squiking elevators. Recommend none to stay.

The beds were super comfortable! The downside was that there was mold in the shower and on the bathroom ceiling. Also, two of the three elevators were inoperable and we heard they had been for years. This hotel definitely needs work.

The cabinet was broke, couldn’t really watch anything on tv it was on antenna and the signal wasn’t strong enough, furniture was dirty dirty towels hanging in bathroom hardly any toilet paper took over an hour to get more. Hotel has 3 elevators only one worked and that was scary. Front desk people not friendly at all. Pool had pad lock on it. I will never go there again. It is hard to believe that the military use it for applicants. I would never recommend it to anyone.
